Measurement of distance from an interfaced surface of a flange of the step-by-step engine to a tip плунжера

Before removal of any of elements it is necessary to remove a wire of weight from the accumulator.

THE THROTTLE / CASE THE FUEL ATOMIZER

PERFORMANCE ORDER

For access to corresponding elements of the case of a throttle / of a fuel atomizer remove the case of the air filter (fig. of the Detail of the case of a throttle / of a fuel atomizer see models 1,4 and 1,6).

POTENTIOMETER OF POSITION THROTTLE ЗАСЛОНКИ

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect an electric socket from a potentiometer of position throttle заслонки. 2. Unscrew the screw of fastening of a potentiometer and take a potentiometer of position throttle заслонки from the throttle case. 3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Check up correctness of combination of a potentiometer with an axis throttle заслонки. Check up that throttle заслонка it is closed completely. 4. Connect an electric socket and establish the case of the air filter.

FUEL ATOMIZER

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect from a fuel atomizer an electric socket. 2. Unscrew the screw (it is specified by an arrow) fastenings of the holder of a fuel atomizer. 3. Being careful, raise a fuel atomizer and remove it together with the holder. 4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to use new sealing rings of a fuel atomizer.

THE TOP CASE OF THE THROTTLE

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect electric sockets, unscrew screws and remove the top case of a throttle from the main case. Remove a lining. 2. Unscrew connecting nuts and disconnect топливопроводы from the top case of a throttle. 3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Replace a lining located between the top and main case of a throttle. 4. If screws with washers earlier were used, remove washers, and on a carving of screws put the means interfering their unscrewing. Tighten screws the demanded moment. 5. The step-by-step engine of management of air giving on idling turns. 6. Disconnect an electric socket from the step-by-step engine. 7. Unscrew two screws of fastening of the step-by-step engine. 8. Remove the step-by-step engine. 9. Remove a sealing ring from the step-by-step engine. 10. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal taking into account following moments:       – Establish on the step-by-step engine a new sealing ring and put on it a thin layer of greasing for simplification of installation of the step-by-step engine;       – For an exception of damage of the case of a throttle or a tip плунжера the step-by-step engine which acts more than on 28 mm from an interfaced surface of the step-by-step engine, being careful, press плунжер against the stop (fig. Measurement of distance from an interfaced surface of a flange of the step-by-step engine to a tip плунжера see). After engine start the step-by-step engine is necessary for establishing in a starting position, using signals from block ECU;       – Before ввинчиванием screws of fastening of the step-by-step engine put on a carving of screws the means interfering their unscrewing.

THE THROTTLE CASE

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect electric sockets from the throttle case. 2. Disconnect draught, then unscrew two nuts and remove the case of a throttle from hairpins of an inlet collector. Remove a lining and clear interfaced surfaces of the case of a throttle and an inlet collector. 3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Establish a lining between the case of a throttle and an inlet collector. Tighten nuts of fastening of the case of a throttle the demanded moment.

REGULATOR OF PRESSURE OF FUEL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Prepare a new diaphragm as it is subject to obligatory replacement after cover removal. Remove pressure in fuel system. 2. Unscrew four screws of fastening of a cover of a regulator of pressure of fuel. 3. Cоблюдая care, uncover a regulator of pressure of fuel, a spring and a diaphragm. 4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Before installation check up that interfaced surfaces pure and dry and establish a new diaphragm.

THE GAUGE OF ABSOLUTE PRESSURE IN THE INLET COLLECTOR

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The gauge of absolute pressure in an inlet collector is located on a partition of a motor compartment. Disconnect from the gauge an electric socket and a vacuum hose. Remove the gauge from a partition of a motor compartment. 2. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. A vacuum hose arrange so that it has been in regular intervals inclined downwards from the pressure gauge in an inlet collector to the throttle case.

THE MANAGEMENT BLOCK

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For access to the management block remove furnish on the right side in deepening for feet of the forward passenger. 2. Disconnect from the management block an electric socket, then unscrew the screw of fastening and remove the management block. 3. The management block consists of two parts: the mainframe of engine management and the programmed block of memory. It is not recommended to divide blocks independently. Definition of malfunctions of blocks is necessary for making at servicing deport Opel with application of the special equipment. If at inclusion of ignition from the management block noise, probably is audible, it is damaged because of unreliable connection of contacts between blocks. 4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Check up correctness and reliability of connection of an electric socket.

THE GAUGE OF TEMPERATURE OF THE COOLING LIQUID

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Merge a part of a cooling liquid so that level of a cooling liquid was below the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid. 2. Disconnect an electric socket from the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid and unscrew the gauge. Note an arrangement of a sealing ring of the gauge. 3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal, but thus it is necessary to use a new sealing ring of the gauge.

THE GAUGE OF SPEED

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect an electric socket from the gauge of speed close to a cable of a drive of a speedometer. Unscrew a connecting nut and remove a cable of a drive of a speedometer from the gauge. 2. Unscrew the gauge of speed from a transmission. 3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
