4.1.9.2. Installation of asterisks
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For replacement of a sealing ring in a cover establish a cover on two бруска and, using a hammer and выколотку, beat out an old sealing ring together with the holder.
2. Lower a new sealing ring in pure engine oil at 24 o'clock. Establish a new sealing ring in the holder.
3. Establish the holder in a drive cover so that the holder was established заподлицо with a cover.
4. Establish an asterisk on a cranked shaft.
5. Establish a camshaft asterisk in приводную a chain so that at asterisk installation on a label camshaft on asterisks have been directed to each other.
6. Establish an asterisk on a camshaft and fix a bolt with a washer, having tightened a bolt the demanded moment. Keep an asterisk from проворачивания in the same way, as well as at bolt unscrewing.
7. Establish the tension mechanism приводной chains. If the mechanism with oil giving under pressure is used, manually compress колодку axial pressure both fix the mechanism and release колодку.
8. At installation of the mechanism of a tension with a spring establish the tension mechanism into place and fix the bottom bolt. A screw-driver move a spring from the case of the mechanism of a tension and screw in the top bolt of fastening of the mechanism of a tension.
9. Release a spring and tighten bolts of fastening of the mechanism of a tension the demanded moment.
10. Establish an oil reflector on a cranked shaft and a new lining of a cover of a drive. Before installation put on both parties of a lining a thin layer of hermetic.
11. Establish a cover of a drive and screw in bolts of fastening of a cover on two or three turns. Establish a pulley of a cranked shaft to align a cover, and in diagonal sequence tighten bolts of fastening by the demanded moment.
12. Screw in a bolt of fastening of a pulley and tighten its demanded moment.
13. Establish auxiliary приводной a belt and adjust its tension.
14. Establish a wheel and lower the car on the earth. Tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel.
