The generator carries out accumulator gymnastics on all power setting. The generator consists their two basic parts: статора and a rotor. Contact rings serve for current transfer to a winding of excitation of a rotor.
The generator develops an alternating current which is straightened by diodes in constant and is used for additional charge of the accumulator and a food of electric chains of the car.
