3. If the cable of coupling is not disconnected from a transmission yet, remove spring скобу, крепящую a carving tip of a cable of coupling to the squeezing lever. |
| 4. Remove a tip of a cable from the squeezing lever. |

5. Remove выжимной the bearing from the directing plug. |
| 6. Take from картера couplings an axis of the squeezing lever, thus an axis also should leave a plug of deenergizing of coupling. |
| 7. At presence take выжимной the bearing from a plastic ring. |
| 8. Check up выжимной the bearing which should rotate easily, in regular intervals and silently. The working surface of the bearing influencing a press spring, should be smooth, without cracks, local corrosion or development. |
| 9. In the presence of defects replace выжимной the bearing. |
| 10. At installation of new coupling выжимной also it is necessary to replace the bearing. |
| 11. If necessary unscrew three bolts and remove directing plug выжимного the bearing. |
| 12. After removal of the directing plug выжимного the bearing it is possible to replace a sealing ring of an entrance shaft of a transmission. |
| 13. Remove the sealing ring established between the directing plug and картером of coupling. |
| 14. Using screw-drivers as the lever, take a sealing ring from the directing plug. |
| 15. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal taking into account following moments. |
| 16. Apply a thin film greasings on a basis дисульфида molybdenum on an internal surface of plugs of an axis of the squeezing lever and an external surface of the directing plug выжимного the bearing. |
| 17. Using tubular оправку the corresponding diameter, establish a new sealing ring in directing plug. |
| 18. Fill space between working edges of a sealing ring литиевой greasing, then establish directing plug with a new sealing ring. |
| 19. At installation of a sealing ring of the directing plug do not use greasing. |
| 20. If necessary replace plastic plugs of an axis of the squeezing lever for what beat out them from картера couplings, using выколотку and a hammer. |
| 21. Establish new plugs in картер the couplings thus blocking uvulas of plugs should enter into corresponding grooves in картере couplings. |
| 22. At presence establish выжимной the bearing in a plastic ring, then establish выжимной the bearing together with a plug of deenergizing of coupling on directing plug. |
| 23. Insert in картер couplings an axis of the squeezing lever and tighten a bolt of fastening of a plug of deenergizing of coupling. |
| 24. Establish coupling. |
| 25. Check up and, if necessary adjust a coupling cable. |
