4.3.7. Removal and installation of the mechanism of a tension of a gear belt and rollers Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a gear belt.

2. Unscrew a bolt, крепящий the mechanism of a tension of a gear belt, then remove the tension mechanism, a basic plate and the plug.

3. Similarly unscrew a bolt and remove directing roller and the plug. If at work rollers publish noise or a roller surface has defects, replace rollers.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal, taking into account following moments.

2. At installation correctly arrange plugs. The plug of the mechanism of a tension in smaller diameter should be directed to the block of cylinders, and the plug of an intermediate roller in smaller diameter should be directed from the block of cylinders.

3. Tighten bolts the demanded moment.

4. Establish a new gear belt.
