The prevention The radiator can be removed together with the radiator fan, but in connection with space restriction it is desirable to remove the radiator fan preliminary.
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Merge cooling liquid from system of cooling and remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. |
| 2. Loosen the collars also remove from a radiator the top and bottom hoses, and also a hose of a broad tank. |
| 3. Disconnect two electric wires from a temperature-sensitive element of inclusion of the fan of the radiator located sideways of a radiator. |
| 4. If the radiator fan is not removed yet, disconnect the electric socket close to the engine of the fan of a radiator. Release clips, fastening a plait of wires to a casing of the fan and move them aside. |
| 5. On models with an automatic transmission disconnect and close suitable stoppers of a tube of the heat exchanger sideways a radiator. |
| 6. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the radiator, located in the top corners of a radiator, and remove a radiator together with the radiator fan. |

Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. If the radiator acted in film in connection with throughput reduction, wash out its stream of water in two directions. Outside blow a radiator the compressed air. |
| 2. If the radiator proceeds, do not try to make or solder a leaking place as plastic details of a radiator will be damaged. Insignificant негерметичность a radiator can be eliminated with use of hermetic of a radiator. |
| 3. Check up a condition of the bottom rubber support of a radiator and, if necessary, replace them. |

Installation

| Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. In end fill in cooling liquid in cooling system, and on models with an automatic transmission check up oil level in a transmission and, if necessary, finish it to norm. |
