Temperature-sensitive element arrangement

The temperature-sensitive element of the fan of a radiator is established from a radiator lateral face.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The prevention
Removal of a temperature-sensitive element of inclusion of the fan of a radiator make on the cold engine.

1. Or merge cooling liquid from system of cooling below level of installation of a temperature-sensitive element, or have a suitable stopper it is necessary for them to close an aperture after вывинчивания a temperature-sensitive element.

2. Disconnect an electric socket from a temperature-sensitive element of inclusion of the fan of a radiator.

3. Unscrew a temperature-sensitive element of the fan of a radiator from a radiator and remove a sealing ring.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. At temperature-sensitive element installation use a new sealing ring. Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system.

2. In summary start the engine, warm up it to normal working temperature and check up working capacity of the fan of a radiator.
