8.2.3.1. Removal of the distributor of ignition MODELS 1,3 AND 1,4 L WITH THE CARBURETTOR

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Unscrew spark plugs. 2. Unscrew screws, fastening a cover of the distributor of ignition, remove it and move aside. 3. Release a manual brake, include transfer, close a finger an aperture under a spark plug of the first cylinder and move the car forward until will feel under a finger pressure of air in the cylinder. 4. Continue to move the car before label combination (it is specified by an arrow) on a pulley of a cranked shaft with the index. 5. On models with an automatic transmission turn a cranked shaft of the engine for a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft. 6. If temporarily to establish a cover of the distributor of ignition into place the rotor of the distributor of ignition should be combined with an electrode of a high-voltage wire of the first cylinder. 7. Disconnect an electric socket of the distributor of ignition from the ignition coil. 8. Disconnect a vacuum tube from a vacuum regulator of an advancing of ignition. 9. Unscrew bolts or nuts and remove the distributor of ignition from the camshaft case.

MODELS 1,6 OF L WITH THE CARBURETTOR AND MODELS 1,4, 1,6 AND 1,8 L (18Е) WITH SYSTEM OF INJECTION OF FUEL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Removal of the distributor of ignition is made similarly, as well as on models 1,3 and 1,4 l with the carburettor (see above) with following differences. 2. The electric socket is necessary for disconnecting from the ignition distributor, instead of the ignition coil. 3. The cover of the distributor of ignition fastens spring скобами, instead of screws. 4. On the case of the distributor of ignition there is a label (it is specified by an arrow), defining position of a rotor of the distributor of ignition for ignition giving in the first cylinder. The label is visible after removal of a rotor of the distributor and a plastic ring. 5. The ignition distributor fastens two nuts, instead of a tightening lath. 6. The drive of the distributor of ignition is carried out with use of a cylindrical pin.

L MODELS 1,8 (18 SE)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. 2. Unscrew screws and uncover the ignition distributor. 3. Take the plastic screen from the case of the distributor of ignition. On perimetre of the plastic screen the sealing ring is established. At removal of the plastic screen do not damage a rotor of the distributor of ignition. 4. Using шестигранный a key, unscrew two screws of fastening of a rotor of the distributor of ignition. 5. Remove a rotor of the distributor of ignition. Thus the metal nave of a rotor should remain in the case of the distributor of ignition. 6. If necessary remove a rotor nave. 7. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, take a sealing ring.

MODELS 2,0 OF L WITH 8-Ю VALVES

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. 2. Unscrew screws and uncover the ignition distributor. 3. Take the plastic screen from the case of the distributor of ignition. On perimetre of the plastic screen the sealing ring is established. At removal of the plastic screen do not damage a rotor of the distributor of ignition. 4. Using шестигранный a key, unscrew two screws and remove a rotor of the distributor of ignition. Thus the metal nave of a rotor should remain in the case of the distributor of ignition. 5. If necessary remove a nave of a rotor and, using a screw-driver edge as the lever, take a sealing ring.

MODELS 2,0 OF L WITH 16 TH VALVES

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. 2. Disconnect a multicontact electric socket of the gauge of the Hall from the ignition distributor. 3. Uncover, closing high-voltage wires, then disconnect wires from spark plugs. 4. Disconnect the central high-voltage wire from the coil of ignition or uncover the ignition distributor. 5. Unscrew two bolts, fastening the ignition distributor to a head of the block of cylinders. 6. Remove the ignition distributor together with a cover and high-voltage wires. 7. Note an arrangement drive a cylindrical pin in relation to a camshaft.
