3. Wipe the hydrotransformer plug that at installation not to damage a sealing ring of an entrance shaft of a transmission, and check up that the hydrotransformer was correctly combined with pump shaft. For this purpose measure distance And which should make 9,0–10,0 mm.

4. Otherwise turn and press the hydrotransformer for its combination with pump shaft.

5. Put a greasing small amount on a basis дисульфида molybdenum on directing plug of the hydrotransformer and corresponding dredging in an end face of a cranked shaft.

6. Combine a colour label on the hydrotransformer with a white label on a plate of a drive and fix the hydrotransformer bolts. Keep in mind that bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer are not tightened yet, between the hydrotransformer and a drive plate there will be a backlash equal of 0,4-1,5 mm.

7. Gradually and consistently tighten bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer.

8. On transmissions with codes EF and ЕК, intended for work without an oil radiator do not remove заглушки with муфт connection of pipelines of an oil radiator.

9. Adjust a cable of a choice of transfers and a cable of compulsory inclusion of a hill-climbing gear.
