| 1. At presence remove caps of back wheels, then ослабьте bolts of fastening of wheels. |
| 2. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports. |
| 3. Remove back wheels. |
| 4. Completely release a manual brake. |
| 5. Unscrew the screw of fastening of a brake drum and remove a brake drum. |
| 6. If the brake drum is kept brake колодками, remove заглушку from a viewing aperture of a brake board and through an aperture move a control lever of a manual brake to brake колодке, thus brake Pads will depart from a drum and the drum will easily act in film. |
| 7. Note adjusting position of all elements of a back brake. |
| 8. Measure a thickness of a frictional overlay brake Pads and at its deterioration in any point till is minimum admissible thickness replace all four brake Pads. |
| 9. Also Pads it is necessary to replace, if though one of колодок is polluted by oil as there is no way of degreasing brake колодок. |
| 10. If brake Pads are worn non-uniformly out or polluted by oil, reveal and eliminate the reason of it before installation new brake колодок. |
|
11. Using flat-nose pliers, remove a plate (it is specified by an arrow) fixing springs Pads, pressing a plate and turning it on 90 °. |
| 12. Remove a spring and take clamp pins. |
|
13. Disconnect from a control lever a cable of a manual brake (the arrow specifies cable fastening to the lever of a manual brake). |
| 14. Disconnect from brake колодок the top returnable spring and remove Pads from a brake board. |
| 15. If necessary remove brake Pads together with a spring and разжимной a lath. |
| 16. Remove a nave. Be careful not to damage rubber covers of the working brake cylinder. Before removal note position of a returnable spring and an adjusting lath. |
| 17. Do not remove simultaneously brake Pads the left and right back wheel not to mix a detail brake колодок. |
| 18. For prevention of an exit of pistons from the working brake cylinder establish on pistons an elastic band or fix their spring скобой. Do not press a brake pedal at the removed brake drum. |
| 19. Being careful and security measures, clear all traces of a brake dust from a brake board. |
| 20. Apply a thin film high-temperature greasing on places of contact brake колодок and a brake board. |
| 21. If on overlays brake колодок there is a liquid which has flowed out from the working brake cylinder or the bearing of a nave, define the reason вытекания and eliminate it. |
| 22. If brake Pads acted in film in gathering, note position of elements and separate from each other brake Pads, springs and разжимную a lath. |
|
23. If brake Pads the left and right back wheel acted in film simultaneously, do not mix a detail. Cores with a carving of adjusting laths of the left and right wheel are noted by letters L or R, and other details are identified by colour: black – for a left-hand side and silvery for the right party. |
| 24. Disassemble and clear an adjusting lath. |
| 25. Check up a condition of returnable springs and, if necessary, replace them. |
| 26. If on new brake колодках there is no control lever of a manual brake remove it with old brake Pads and establish on the new. |

27. Fix шарнирный a finger of a control lever of a manual brake a spring ring. |
| 28. If elements of a back brake are established in gathering, collect new brake Pads, a spring and an adjusting lath. |

29. For simplification of installation move apart adjusting разжимную a lath. |
|
30. Establish on brake Pads the top returnable spring. |
|
31. Establish on conducting brake колодку a spring of the lever of a regulator (the arrow specifies an installation direction). |
| 32. Remove from the working brake cylinder an elastic band or spring скобу, establish knot brake колодок on a brake board, thus be careful not to damage covers of the working brake cylinder. |
| 33. Establish pins of clamps brake колодок, springs and plates of fastening of a spring. |
| 34. Connect a cable of a manual brake to the lever on back brake колодке, then establish a nave of a back wheel and adjust люфт in the bearing. |
| 35. Rotating a wheel of an adjusting lath, reduce length разжимной laths to take away brake Pads from a brake drum. |
| 36. Check up that the reference point of a stop of the lever of a manual brake is established against edge brake Pads, then establish a brake drum. |
| 37. Make replacement brake колодок on the second back wheel. |
| 38. After replacement brake колодок adjust a backlash between them and a brake drum for what 15–20 times press a brake pedal. By pedal pressing at normal work of an adjusting lath the clicks published by an adjusting lath should be audible. |
| 39. Check up and if it is necessary, adjust a manual brake. |
| 40. Establish wheels and lower the car on the earth. |
| 41. Tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the demanded moment and at presence establish a wheel cap. |
| 42. After installation new brake колодок avoid sharp braking during the first 200 km of run of the car. |
