1. Ареометром measure relative density of a cooling liquid.
2. Take temperature of a cooling liquid and depending on temperature calculate concentration of antifreeze in a cooling liquid.

The prevention

If concentration of a cooling liquid below 30 %, anticorrosive properties of a cooling liquid go down. At concentration more than 60 % worsen frost resistance of a cooling liquid.
