8. CouplingCoupling is located between the engine and a transmission and intended for separation and connection of the flywheel located on cranked shaft of the engine and a primary shaft of a transmission.
Coupling consists of a conducted (frictional) disk, a casing of coupling with a press disk and диафрагменной a spring, and the mechanism of deenergizing of coupling. The frictional disk consists of two ring frictional overlays which are strengthened on a nave through демпферные springs.
Диафрагменный the spring mechanism creates effort which unites work of a flywheel, press and conducted disks for maintenance of joint rotation, in this case coupling joins and transfers a twisting moment from the engine to a transmission. Management of coupling is carried out by a coupling pedal.
Coupling deenergizing is made as follows. As a result of pressing a coupling pedal the piston in the main cylinder moves, compressing a liquid which pressure on a hose is transferred to the working cylinder of the coupling which piston, in turn, influences a plug of deenergizing of coupling. The plug of deenergizing of coupling moves the bearing of deenergizing of coupling which presses the centre диафрагменной springs, thus releasing effort of inclusion on perimetre of a spring and moves press a disk back. The conducted disk then the shaft of the engine and a transmission shaft can rotate independently from each other is thus released.
From two parties of a conducted disk frictional overlays are fixed.
