11.4. Plug replacement (G) the bottom lever
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the special tool on the bottom lever.
2. Squeeze out the plug.
3. Grease with a soap solution following details:

– An external surface of the new plug;
– An internal surface of fastening of the plug of the bottom lever.
4. The special tool establish the new plug on the bottom lever.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check up the plug on absence of deterioration and deterioration of its condition.
2. Check up the bottom lever on absence of a bend or damages.
3. Check up a protective cover of the spherical hinge on absence of cracks.
4. Check up a condition of all bolts.
5. Check up a twisting moment which it is necessary to put for проворачивания pins of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever.
6. If there are cracks in a protective cover, replace the spherical hinge.
7. Some times shake here and there a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever.
8. Measure a twisting moment necessary for проворачивания of a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever.

Twisting moment: 3,5–10 Н•м

9. If the twisting moment exceeds admissible values, replace the spherical hinge.
10. If the twisting moment considerably below admissible value, the spherical hinge can repeatedly be used, if it is not got jammed and has no excessive люфта.
