PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the carburettor from the car, then merge fuel from a separator of steam and поплавковой chambers. Clear the carburettor outside.
2. Mark and disconnect from the carburettor hoses and electric sockets.
3. For access to jets and поплавковой to the chamber unscrew five screws and remove the top part of the carburettor. Blow jets and carburettor channels the compressed air. For removal of jets unscrew them.
4. Take from an union aperture the fuel filter for what use an edge of a thin screw-driver and screw in in the filter the screw with carving М3 on depth of 5 mm.
5. Clear a deposit and a dirt with поплавковой chambers. Check up a condition of the needle valve and in the presence of deterioration or defects replace it.
6. Check up a condition of a float and at presence on it of cracks or other defects replace it.
7. Adjustment of position of a float is not provided. Check up, that the needle valve was closed before achievement by a float of the top position.
8. Check up a condition and, if necessary, replace diaphragms in the device of enrichment of partial loading and in the accelerating pump.
9. The further dismantling of the carburettor is not recommended.
10. Assemblage is made in sequence, return dismantling. At carburettor assemblage use new linings and sealing rings. Grease draughts with greasing on a basis дисульфида molybdenum.

11. Before installation execute checks and carburettor adjustments.
