THE GENERAL DATA

Elements of a back suspension bracket with sheet springs

THE BACK SHOCK-ABSORBER

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports.
2. Supporting a jack the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket, unload the shock-absorber.
3. Unscrew bolts of the top and bottom fastening of the shock-absorber and remove the shock-absorber.
4. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
5. Tighten bolts of fastening of the shock-absorber the demanded moment.
6. Similarly replace the shock-absorber from the second party of the car and lower the car on the earth.

BACK SHEET SPRING

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports. The second jack support a back axis.
2. Remove from a sheet spring an arm of a cable of a manual brake.
3. Disconnect from a sheet spring a spring operating the valve of adjustment of pressure.
4. Unscrew and take a bolt of forward fastening of a sheet spring to a body.
5. Unscrew and take a bolt of back fastening of a sheet spring to скобе. Unscrew a nut and remove a buffer emphasis.
6. Unscrew nuts of fastening of step-ladders and remove a connecting plate and step-ladders.
7. Remove a sheet spring from the car.
8. If the sheet spring is subject to replacement, rearrange on a new spring an arm of a spring of the valve of adjustment of pressure.
9. For replacement of plugs of a sheet spring beat out old plugs and establish new with use of a long bolt, a tube of the corresponding diameter and washers. Before installation grease plugs with soap water.
10. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal taking into account following moments.
11. Shorter part of a sheet spring should be directed to a forward part of the car.
12. The aperture in a connecting plate for installation of an emphasis of the buffer should be located from the interior of a plate.
13. The length of the acting ends of each step-ladder should not differ from each other more than on 3 mm.
14. Adjust position of an arm of a spring of the valve of adjustment of pressure.

THE BUFFER

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports.
2. Unscrew a bolt and remove the buffer.
3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

BACK AXIS

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Loosen the bolts of fastening of back wheels, then lift a back part of the car and fix on supports.
2. Remove back wheels.
3. Remove brake drums / disks and disconnect a cable of a manual brake.
4. Disconnect brake hoses from an arm of a back axis and close connecting муфты hoses suitable stoppers.
5. A jack through wooden брусок support the central part of a back axis.
6. Unscrew bolts of the bottom fastening of back shock-absorbers.
7. Unscrew nuts and remove a buffer emphasis.
8. On the one hand the car unscrew nuts of fastening of step-ladders of a sheet spring and remove a connecting plate and step-ladders.
9. Repeat operations on other party of the car.
10. Lower a jack and take a back axis from under the car.
11. If the new back axis is established, rearrange on it all demountable components.
12. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal taking into account following moments.
13. Tighten all fastenings by the demanded moment.
14. The aperture in a connecting plate for installation of an emphasis of the buffer should be located from the interior of a plate.
15. The length of the acting ends of each step-ladder should not differ from each other more than on 3 mm.
16. Remove air from hydraulic brake system and adjust a manual brake.
