Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
2. Merge cooling liquid to level below an inlet collector.
3. Uncover the carburettor.
4. Disconnect a cable of an accelerator from the lever throttle заслонки.
5. Disconnect from the carburettor vacuum hoses.
6. Disconnect a socket from the electromagnetic valve of compulsory idling.
7. Place capacity under connections of fuel hoses for gathering of the flowed out fuel and disconnect hoses of giving of fuel from carburettor branch pipes.
8. Turn out bolts and remove the carburettor from the engine.

Dismantling

The prevention

Do not remove air заслонку and throttle заслонки.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On the carburettor with automatic air заслонкой remove a hose of system of cooling from a branch pipe of the case of the carburettor.
2. Remove draught of the starting arrangement from the free lever.
3. Remove an arm with a socket.
4. Remove the starting arrangement.
5. Remove a core of the accelerating pump from the lever throttle заслонки.
6. Uncover поплавковой chambers, turn out screw "B" and remove the carburettor case.
7. Turn out screws "A" and uncover поплавковой chambers the main case.
8. For cover removal поплавковой chambers insert an edge of a flat screw-driver between a cover and the main case and, operating with a screw-driver as the lever, slowly separate a cover.

The prevention

At removal of a cover do not apply excessive force.


9. Remove a hairpin and then remove a float and the needle valve.

The prevention

Do not drop a float.
Be careful not to damage the needle valve.


10. A flat screw-driver as the lever, take a nest of the needle valve.

The prevention

At extraction of a nest of the needle valve do not damage поплавковую the chamber.


11. Remove the holder and the electromagnetic valve of compulsory idling.
12. A screw-driver with a thin edge wring out clamps and get two contacts from a socket of the electromagnetic valve of compulsory idling.
13. Remove an arm of support of a cable of an accelerator.
14. Remove jets of idling and the main air jet.

The prevention

For removal of jets use a screw-driver with a thin edge and work cautiously not to damage jets.


15. Remove the accelerating pump and check up a ball and грузик.

The prevention

To remove the accelerating pump, do not overturn the case with mixing chambers. Check up a ball and грузик through apertures in a lining.


16. Separate поплавковую the chamber from the carburettor case.
17. Remove the main jets.

The prevention

For removal of jets use a screw-driver with a thin edge and work cautiously not to damage jets.


18. Turn out three screws of fastening of a cover of the valve of enrichment of a fuel mix to the case поплавковой chambers. Uncover, a spring and a diaphragm.
19. A screw-driver ослабьте a tube of enrichment of a fuel mix also remove a spring and a ball.

The prevention

The valve of enrichment of a fuel mix consists of many small details. Do not lose them.


20. Turn out four screws of fastening of the accelerating pump to a cover поплавковой chambers. Uncover the pump, a diaphragm, a spring and a lining.

The prevention

Before вворачиванием screws of fastening of the accelerating pump put on their carving the blocking structure, interfering them отворачиванию.


21. Remove an E-shaped clip and washers from an axis throttle заслонки the secondary chamber and remove a diaphragm spring.
22. Turn out two screws of fastening of an arm of a diaphragm to the case of the carburettor and remove a diaphragm throttle заслонки.
23. Remove the auxiliary accelerating pump.
24. Drill an aperture in diameter of 2 mm in the central aperture for the screw of adjustment of a fuel mix (MAS), then рассверлите an aperture a drill in diameter of 3 mm. Insert into the drilled aperture выколотку and beat out a stopper.

Assemblage

Assemblage is spent in sequence, return dismantling, taking into account the following.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before assemblage clear all details.
2. Check up that air and fuel channels are not littered.
3. At replacement of jets the same sizes as jets steal up at factory on their productivity should have an old and new jet.
4. Do not use repeatedly sealing rings and linings.

Check

Check up a condition and replace or if it is necessary, repair following details.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check up that air and fuel jets are not littered. If they are littered, wash out them in solvent and blow compressed air. For cleaning do not use a metal wire.
2. Check up diaphragms on absence of damages and cracks.
3. Be convinced that the needle valve moves easily. If the valve moves hardly or gets jammed, repair or replace it.
4. Check up on absence of a contamination the entrance fuel filter located over the needle valve.
5. Check up a float course.
6. Check up action throttle заслонки, air заслонки and draughts. If they move hardly, wash out them and grease their axes with pure engine oil.
7. Check up a cover поплавковой chambers and the carburettor case on absence of damages and cracks.

Check of the electromagnetic valve of compulsory idling (SCSV)


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Additional wires submit pressure of the storage battery to contacts of a socket of the electromagnetic valve of compulsory idling.
2. Be convinced that the valve works with accurate click.
3. An ohmmeter check up that there is no conductivity between contacts of a socket and the case of the electromagnetic valve of compulsory idling.
4. By an ohmmeter measure resistance between contacts of a socket of the electromagnetic valve of compulsory idling.

Resistance: 48-60 clod at 20°C

Backlash check приоткрытия throttle заслонки the primary chamber


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. By a drill shaft measure a backlash between throttle заслонкой the primary chamber and the case.

Backlash: 0,93 mm

2. If the backlash does not correspond demanded, adjust it, rotating the adjusting screw. For backlash increase rotate the screw clockwise, for backlash reduction - counter-clockwise.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check up a condition and, if necessary, clear interfaced surfaces of the carburettor and an inlet collector.
2. Establish a new lining of the carburettor on an inlet collector.
3. Carefully establish the carburettor on an inlet collector.
4. Gradually, by turns, screw bolts of fastening of the carburettor that the lining has been compressed in regular intervals. Bolts are necessary for tightening very reliably to exclude подсос air between the carburettor and an inlet collector.
5. Connect an accelerator cable, vacuum hoses and hoses of giving of fuel.
6. Check up reliability of connection of vacuum hoses.
7. Check up that air заслонка it opens completely and closed.
8. Check up that by pressing of a pedal of an accelerator throttle заслонка completely opens.
9. Establish the air filter.

10. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.


The prevention

Before the first start-up do not fill in fuel in an air mouth of the carburettor for acceleration of start of the engine after service of fuel system. For закачивания fuel turn a cranked shaft of the engine a starter.


11. Check up frequency of idling and, if necessary, adjust it.
