System SRS consists of pillows of safety established under overlays in the middle of a steering wheel and in the panel from outside the forward passenger over a ware box. A problem of additional system of passive safety SRS is maintenance of additional safety of the driver and / or the forward passenger in addition to system of seat belts at face-to-face blows of average or big force.

The prevention

Functions and system SRS elements

The additional system of passive safety (SRS) includes following components:

– A face-to-face inflatable pillow of safety of the driver in gathering;
– A face-to-face inflatable pillow of safety of the forward passenger in gathering;
– Support for knees;
– A control lamp of system SRS;
– The electronic block of management SRS.

The electronic block of management SRS constantly supervises all components of system when the ignition key is in position "ОN" (Incl.), and defines, whether enough strong there was face-to-face or nearby a face-to-face blow to open safety pillows.

The control lamp of system SRS in a combination of devices will approximately blink 6 with the ambassador of turn of the ignition key in position "ОN" (Incl.) or after engine start then this lamp should go out.
