15.13. The conditioner compressor
1 – the conditioner compressor;
2 – a bolt, 20,4–30,6 Н•м;
3 – a pulley of the compressor of the conditioner;
4 – a bolt, 17 Н•м; 		5 – an arm the conditioner compressor;
6 – a tension roller;
7 – a belt of a drive of the compressor of the conditioner;
8 – a pulley of a cranked shaft.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Discharge air central air.
2. Disconnect an electric socket from electromagnetic муфты.
3. Lift the car.
4. Ослабьте a tension also remove a belt of a drive of the compressor of the conditioner.
5. If necessary turn out bolts of fastening of the forward muffler.
6. Remove a hose of a discharge and soaking up filter.
7. Turn out bolts of fastening of the compressor of the conditioner.
8. Remove the conditioner compressor. Immediately close all open apertures and tubes for an exception of hit of a moisture of air in air central air.
9. Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following:

– Fill in in the compressor fresh oil;
– Before installation of sealing rings oil them;
– Do not grease connecting nuts of unions of the compressor of the conditioner;
– Tighten entrance and target hoses the demanded moment;
– Adjust a tension of a belt of a drive of the compressor of the conditioner.
