15.15. The coil of excitation of coupling Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the plug of coupling and a pulley of the compressor of the conditioner.

2. Establish the safety tool on an open aperture of a shaft of the compressor.

3. Establish a stripper on the compressor how it is shown in drawing. Establish a tip of the press screw in dredging of the safety tool of a shaft of the compressor and tighten the stripper screw.

4. Tightening a wrench the stripper screw, remove the coil from the forward party of the compressor.

The prevention
Do not use pneumatic tools.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear the coil of excitation of coupling.

2. Establish the compressor vertically, shaft upwards, and establish the coil of excitation of coupling on the forward party of the compressor. Be convinced that the electric socket of the coil is located correctly.

3. Establish the safety tool on an open aperture of a shaft of the compressor.

4. Establish the tool запрессовки coils on internal radius of the coil of excitation.

5. Tighten a wrench the screw of the tool before coil installation into place.

6. Establish the plug of coupling and a pulley of the compressor of the conditioner.
